‘We the Living’ is a surrealist film set in a former bath house and abandoned mineral water distillery. Miller is accompanied only found and altered organic materials that she uses to reimagine bodily anatomy am the subconscious through an fictional framework. This film explores metamorphosis, annihilation and rebirth in reference to iconic paintings, sculptures and performance art actions.
